Labeling small medical products requires careful handling, especially when the items are narrow, lightweight or difficult to keep steady on the conveyor. Blood collection tubes, syringes and similar products also need clear batch numbers and traceability information, even though the available space for a label may be limited. Our sleeve labeling systems can apply full-body sleeves or tamper-evident bands to suitable medical containers. When paired with a double-zone hot air shrink tunnel, the sleeve applicator can finish the sleeve with circulating hot air instead of steam. For narrow products that are difficult to transport upright, our horizontal labeling unit keeps them steady during transport and applies the self-adhesive label while they remain in a horizontal position.

Our SRL-250 shrink sleeve label applicator is designed for high-volume medical packaging lines and applies sleeves consistently to small containers. Once the sleeve is in place, a double-zone hot air shrink tunnel uses controlled dry heat to shrink it evenly around the container. Our SRT-25 horizontal label applicator is intended for narrow cylindrical products that are difficult to transport upright; it keeps the products steady in a horizontal position while applying the self-adhesive label.
