SRL-250 Shrink Sleeve Applicator

These shrink sleeve applicators feed tubular shrink film from a roll, cut it into individual sleeves and place them onto containers before the heat shrinking process fixes the label in position. They handle round, square and irregular containers made of PET, PVC, glass, metal, HDPE, PP and PS, and apply full-body sleeves, partial sleeves and tamper-evident bands at speeds of up to 15000 containers per hour.

Features
  • These sleeve labelers can process containers with diameters from 25–125 mm, and special sizes can be customized.
  • The main frame and protective parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a 2.5 mm stainless-steel conveyor frame for stable container transfer
  • Servo motors are used for the sleeve brushing unit and film feeding system, keeping film feeding and sleeve application stable during operation. The position display shows clamping data in real time.
  • Dual film rollers, damping springs and buffer structures help keep film feeding smooth during operation.
  • Two photoelectric sensors check sleeve application during operation and send alarms when an issue is detected.
Optional Configurations
  • Container spacing is available with single-screw, dual-screw or screw-and-guide configurations.
  • The cutting unit can be equipped with a traditional multi-blade design or a servo-controlled single-blade design, depending on the required cutting precision and budget.
  • The height adjustment system is available with servo motor control or standard motor control.
