Steam Heat Tunnel, Double Zone Shrink Tunnel

Double-zone steam shrink tunnels divide the shrinking process between upper and lower steam sections, with independent temperature control for each section. Their upper and lower steam sections provide 360° steam coverage and heat the sleeve more evenly along the full height of the container. The position and steam flow of each outlet can be adjusted for different container heights and shapes to keep the sleeve close to the surface and reduce wrinkles and air bubbles. These steam shrink tunnels can be integrated with sleeve applicators and conveyors for continuous production at 300–800 containers per minute.
