Steam Heat Tunnel, Single Zone

Steam Heat Tunnel, Single Zone Shrink Tunnel

Single-zone steam shrink tunnels use one controlled steam chamber for full-body sleeves and tamper-evident bands on bottles and other containers. Saturated steam surrounds the product and heats the film evenly around curves, grooves and changes in diameter. The single heating zone keeps temperature control consistent throughout the shrinking process. Films such as PVC and PETG shrink closely around the container surface under the steam. Depending on the shrink tunnel model, steam can come from an integrated generator or the factory’s existing supply.

Features
  • The saturated steam heats the shrink sleeves gently and evenly, with less risk of uneven shrinkage or localized overheating.
  • Integrated steam generator is available on selected models, while some configurations can connect directly to an existing factory steam supply.
  • The steam temperature can be adjusted between 95–120°C for different sleeve films and container shapes.
  • The steam heat tunnel has a construction made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure good corrosion resistance and easy maintenance.
  • Steam transfers heat without direct flame or infrared heating, reducing the risk of localized overheating.
