SRL-H80 Horizontal Shrink Sleeve Applicator
Horizontal sleeve labelers are suitable for small bottles, cosmetic tubes and other narrow products that are difficult to transport upright. The products are carried on their side while the machine pulls shrink film from a roll, cuts it to the required length and places a sleeve over each one. They then move into a heat or steam tunnel, where the film shrinks around the container.

How the Sleeving Process Works
- Products enter the shrink label applicator in a horizontal position
- Shrink film is unwound and fed through the cutting system
- The film is cut to the selected sleeve length
- Individual sleeves are placed over the products
- The sleeved products are transferred to the downstream shrink tunnel
