SRL-150 Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine
Vertical shrink sleeve labeling machines apply heat shrink sleeves to round, square and irregular containers made from materials such as PET, PVC, glass, metal, HDPE, PP and PS. They support full-body sleeves, partial sleeves and tamper-evident bands for different packaging applications, with speeds of up to 9000 containers per hour. The sleeve film is fed from a roll, cut into individual sleeves and placed onto containers before the heat shrinking process fixes the label in position.

Features
- These shrink sleeve labelers are ideal for container diameters from 25–125 mm, and can be customized for special sizes.
- Their structure and protective parts are made from SUS304 stainless steel, with a 2.5 mm stainless-steel conveyor frame to ensure stable product transfer.
- They are equipped with a servo-driven sleeve brushing system that maintains stable sleeve positioning during application.
- The film feeding system uses a servo motor and synchronous belt drive to improve feeding accuracy, with a position display for checking clamping data.
- Dual film rollers and buffer mechanisms help keep film feeding smooth during continuous operation.
- Equipped with two photoelectric sensors to check sleeve application status and provide alarms when problems are detected.
- Different settings can be saved and recalled for faster changeovers between different containers.
Optional Configurations
- Container spacing can be configured with single-screw, dual-screw or screw-and-guide systems to match different container handling requirements.
- Two cutting systems are available: a traditional multi-blade design for a more economical option and a servo-controlled single-blade design for smoother cutting performance.
- The height adjustment system is available with either servo control or motor control to match different shrink sleeving requirements.
