SRL-350 Tamper Evident Band Applicator
Tamper evident band applicators apply heat shrink sleeves around caps, lids and container openings to create security seals that show whether a product has been opened or tampered with. The tubular film is automatically cut into individual bands and positioned on containers before the heat shrinking process fixes the sleeve in place. Besides tamper evident bands, these label applicators also support full-body and partial sleeve applications for round, square and irregular containers, with speeds of up to 21000 containers per hour.

Features
- Tamper evident sleeve labelers can process containers with diameters from 25–125 mm, and special sizes can be customized.
- The main frame and protective parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a 2.5 mm stainless-steel conveyor frame for stable container transfer.
- The labeling head and container spacing unit can be raised or lowered to match containers of different heights.
- The label adjustment unit changes the sleeve angle before application for more accurate positioning.
- Servo motors drive the sleeve brushing and film feeding units, and the display shows the clamping data in real time.
- Two film rollers, damping springs and a buffer system help the film feed more evenly.
- Two photoelectric sensors check sleeve application and trigger an alarm if a problem is detected.
