SRL-2150 Dual-Head Vertical Sleeve Labeler
Dual-head vertical sleeve labelers apply two shrink sleeves to different areas of the same container, such as the neck and body. Each labeling head has its own servo control, so both sleeves can be positioned independently at speeds of up to 18000 containers per hour. Since each labeling head is equipped with vision alignment and quick-change components, both sleeves can be positioned accurately and product changeovers can be completed more easily.

- Dual head sleeve shrink sleeve applicators are equipped with two labeling heads to apply sleeves to separate areas of the same container, such as the neck and body.
- They have an independent servo control to let each head run and adjust separately for accurate sleeve placement.
- Thanks to the vision alignment system, both sleeves can be checked before application and placed correctly on the container.
- Labeling settings can be saved as recipes and recalled during changeovers for easy operation.
- The main frame and protective parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the 2.5 mm stainless-steel conveyor frame keeps container transfer stable.
- Their servo motors control the sleeve brushing and film feeding units, while the display shows the current film-feed settings in real time.
- Two film rollers work with damping springs and a buffer system to feed the film more evenly.
- Two photoelectric sensors monitor sleeve application and trigger an alarm if a fault occurs.
